The Role
As a Waiter/Waitress, you are the face of Dallas hospitality - delivering warm, attentive, and personalized service that makes every guest feel truly cared for. Maintaining a confident and welcoming presence - always with a smile - that enhances the atmosphere and puts guests at ease.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Follow the Dallas service touch points to ensure guests have a positive dining experience.
- Deliver personalized service and embody Vida Plena's warm and inviting guest experience.
- Prioritize delivering a seamless guest experience through attentive service.
- Familiarize yourself with our menu, ingredients, and what makes us special!
- Manage and communicate any food allergies or intolerances by informing the kitchen.
- Accurately relay food and drink orders to the kitchen, especially when dealing with specific guest preferences.
- Upsell food and beverage items by suggesting complementary dishes or drinks.
- Foster a culture of respect, ambition, and teamwork within the restaurant.
