The Role
As a Line Cook, you'll handle prep, grilling, assembling, and keeping your station clean and organized while working smoothly with the team during busy rushes. We're looking for someone who's fast, reliable, pays attention to the little details, and takes pride in serving burgers that make people come back hungry for more. If you love the sizzle of the grill and thrive in a lively kitchen, this role's for you.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Dallas standards are adhered to in order to preserve the quality of each dish.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Track stock levels for ingredients and work to reduce and minimize waste.
- Strictly follow cooking times and portion controls.
- Prepare sauces and house-made components.
- Assist other stations as needed and foster an environment of collaboration.
- Manage and incorporate any food allergies or intolerances by working closely with the service team.
- Ensure HACCP protocol is closely followed, prioritizing health and safety in every task.
