At Vida Education, we’re specialists in education recruitment, proudly supplying schools and colleges across the North West with exceptional teachers, cover supervisors, teaching assistants, and support staff. We’re now looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our friendly and expanding team at our Poulton office.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Recruitment Consultants. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where you’ll:
- Source, interview, and register candidates for school-based roles
- Build strong, lasting relationships with candidates
- Assist in placing skilled professionals into education settings
- Support consultants in filling vacancies and maintaining candidate pipelines
- Advertise roles across job boards and social media platforms
