Vida Education is recruiting a BSL Teaching Assistant to work in a specialist Deaf Support provision at a good secondary school in Preston. The role involves supporting Deaf and hearing-impaired pupils in mainstream and specialist settings, helping them access learning and build confidence.
You will work 1:1 and in small groups, using BSL and Sign-Supported English, and collaborate with teachers and the SEND team to monitor progress and support EHCP targets.
