Role Summary:

As our Marketing & Events Executive, you’ll be the driving force behind VDP’s digital presence and brand activation. You will own the content strategy across our main and club pages, manage partnerships, and ensure events and coaching collaborations are delivered with impact. Working closely with our content agency, coaches, and partners, you will keep our marketing consistent, high quality, and engaging – ensuring that VDP continues its journey to becoming the leading padel club brand worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content Strategy:

  • Define and manage the content calendar for VDP’s main brand channels and individual club pages.
  • Work with our content agency to deliver high-quality creative assets (video, photo, graphics).
  • Decide on content direction, themes, and posting schedules to maximise engagement and bookings.
  • Maintain brand tone and standards across all communications.

Events & Coaching Marketing:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for club events, tournaments, and social activities.
  • Collaborate with coaches to ensure programmes are promoted effectively and coaching plans are met.
  • Support on-site events and campaigns when needed.

Brand Partnerships & Collaborations:

  • Build relationships with local businesses and organisations to raise VDP’s community presence.
  • Coordinate national collaborations (e.g. with Cupra Cars and other partners).
  • Support influencer partnerships and ambassador programmes.

Performance & Reporting:

  • Track and report on campaign performance, engagement, and booking impacts.
  • Share insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of content planning, campaign execution, and community engagement.
  • Creative thinker with excellent organisational skills.
  • Experience working with agencies and/or external partners.
  • Interest in sports, events, and brand partnerships (padel knowledge a plus).
  • Confident communicator who can adapt tone across platforms and audiences.
