An established and growing law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with residential conveyancing experience to manage a varied caseload of property transactions while working within a supportive and collaborative environment. The Role Manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. Advise clients on a range of transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity matters. Draft and review legal documentation, undertake due diligence, and provide clear, practical advice to clients. Liaise with lenders, estate agents, surveyors and other professional contacts to ensure transactions progress efficiently. Maintain high standards of client service, compliance and file management. Contribute to the ongoing success and development of the wider property team. About You Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing. Confident managing files independently while recognising when support or escalation is required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
