We are exclusively partnering with a Single Family Office to appoint an experienced Trust and Corporate Administration professional. Ideal for a Trust & Company Manager, Senior Trust & Corporate Administrator, or similar professional from an offshore fiduciary services provider looking to transition into a Single Family Office.

Working as part of an established Family Office team, you will support the administration of a diverse portfolio of international trust and corporate structures holding significant private wealth assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer a portfolio of trusts and underlying company structures
  • Prepare trustee and director resolutions, minutes and corporate records
  • Coordinate trustee and board meetings and implement decisions
  • Prepare banking instructions and related documentation
  • Liaise with offshore service providers, registered offices and advisers
  • Support KYC and due diligence requirements across trusts and companies
  • Maintain statutory records and document management systems
  • Assist with a variety of trust and corporate administration projects

Approximately 10 years' experience in trust and corporate administration. Strong knowledge of offshore trust and company structures.
