The Role: You will take responsibility for managing a portfolio of complex trust, company, and foundation structures, acting as the primary relationship contact. The role combines technical oversight, client management, and leadership, ensuring strong governance, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary relationship manager for a complex portfolio of entities
- Lead client and intermediary interactions, including meetings and ongoing communication
- Oversee governance processes including preparation and review of minutes, resolutions, and legal documentation
- Manage transactions such as investments, restructurings, and asset disposals
- Ensure full compliance with AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee tax reporting (CRS/FATCA) and regulatory filings
- Review financial statements, loan positions, and transactional activity
- Maintain statutory records and ensure accurate operational administration
- Support banking relationships, funding requirements, and cashflow oversight
Leadership & team contribution:
- Delegate and review work of junior team members

The Successful Candidate:
- STEP, CGI/ICSA or equivalent qualification (essential)
- Approximately 10+ years’ experience in fiduciary or trust administration
