This role suits an individual with 10+ years’ experience, ideally within offshore jurisdictions, seeking a long-term, in-house position with broad exposure, responsibility, and oversight of junior team members.

Key responsibilities:

  • Trust administration
  • Implement trustee and protector decisions (distributions, loans, payments)
  • Ensure compliance with trust deeds and governance requirements
  • Draft deeds and supporting documentation
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare board reports and bank instructions
  • Manage KYC and maintain accurate records
  • Corporate administration
  • Oversee annual filings and liaise with service providers
  • Organise board meetings and prepare resolutions
  • Maintain statutory records and support banking and investment activities
