The Role
This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in a close-knit team and has the drive to achieve uncapped earnings. As a Senior Recruitment Advisor, you will focus on generating new business, expanding client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will also manage the full recruitment process for your clients, ensuring the delivery of high calibre candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, target, and win new business through outbound sales activity
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through to placement
- Conduct market mapping to uncover new opportunities across professional services, financial services and family office markets
- Build, develop, and manage long-term client relationships
- Identify and attract high-quality talent using a range of sourcing methods
