The Role
This is a broad role combining company secretarial, governance, compliance and client management responsibilities within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
You'd be expected to be capable to hit the ground running, manage client relationships independently and help develop more junior members of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate and private clients
- Company secretarial and governance activities
- AML, KYC and compliance responsibilities
- Corporate administration across the full client lifecycle
- Review and oversee junior team members' work
