We are partnering with a highly regarded London law firm to appoint a Senior Associate into its successful Property team. With very little movement within the team historically, this represents a rare opportunity to join an established and well-respected practice with a strong reputation in the London property market.

The role focuses on complex and high-value residential property transactions across London and the Home Counties. The successful individual will manage sophisticated matters independently, provide commercially focused legal advice, and develop strong relationships with clients, agents, lenders and other property professionals. Key Responsibilities

  • Managing high-value residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Advising on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Handling complex title and ownership matters
  • Drafting and negotiating residential and commercial leases
  • Advising on freehold block management issues
  • Managing remortgages and bridging finance transactions
  • Handling transfers of equity matters
  • Supporting landlord and tenant matters where required
  • Working closely with clients, agents, lenders and other professional advisers
  • Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the practice

The Successful Candidate

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Significant experience within residential property law
  • Proven track record handling high-value residential transactions
  • Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold property matters
