Reporting directly to the principals, this individual will play a central role in overseeing day-to-day business operations, financial management, people leadership, legal matters, and strategic projects across a diverse portfolio of businesses and assets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, implementing robust financial controls, improving efficiencies, and fostering a culture of accountability.
The role requires someone who is equally comfortable managing budgets, leading HR initiatives, negotiating contracts, overseeing property operations, and supporting senior stakeholders on complex business matters.
Key Responsibilities
