The Role
- Manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
- Advise clients on a range of transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity matters.
- Draft and review legal documentation, undertake due diligence, and provide clear, practical advice to clients.
- Liaise with lenders, estate agents, surveyors and other professional contacts to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of client service, compliance and file management.
- Contribute to the ongoing success and development of the wider property team.
