About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced HR Partner, on a 24-month fixed-term contract, to play a pivotal role in supporting our internal functions. You’ll work closely with HR colleagues and business leaders, partnering with teams to deliver best-in-class HR support. You’ll be in the thick of things, coaching managers through change, and ensuring our people practices are robust, fair, and future-focused.
What You’ll Do
- Champion and implement our HR strategy, ensuring policies and frameworks meet current and future business needs.
- Coach and support managers through periods of change.
- Drive continuous improvement within HR services, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver functional excellence and informed, data-driven decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with external partners to ensure value for money and high standards of service.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience of a Global, matrix organisation would be advantageous.
- Proven track record in employee relations, including complex case handling.
- Confident, capable, and comfortable having difficult conversations and coaching managers through ambiguity and change.
- CIPD Associated Member (or equivalent) or equivalent experience.
- Flexibility for occasional travel to support the business needs.
