What You’ll Be Doing:
- As a Quality Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards from concept to launch.
- You’ll be responsible for creating, improving, and implementing design and development documentation aligned with our Quality Management System.
- Selection and application of core quality tools and methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) to support product and process excellence.
- Supporting design assurance activities including planning, verification, and validation.
- Creating and implementing inspection strategies for process verification and validation.
- Identification and implementation of relevant problem-solving tools and methodologies.
- Supporting change management throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborating across virtual teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
What You’ll Bring:
- Solid experience applying quality principles, systems, and tools in line with international and regulatory standards.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and deliver results.
- Understanding of risk management methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Essential: Quality Practitioner Qualification (HND or above or equivalent).
- Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a quality-related discipline.
- Desirable: Experience with quality management systems across industries.
