Victrex is looking for a Quality Engineer to support the design and development of cutting-edge technologies and products across multiple industries including Aerospace, Automotive, Medical, Energy, and Industrial.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • As a Quality Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards from concept to launch.
  • You’ll be responsible for creating, improving, and implementing design and development documentation aligned with our Quality Management System.
  • Selection and application of core quality tools and methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) to support product and process excellence.
  • Supporting design assurance activities including planning, verification, and validation.
  • Creating and implementing inspection strategies for process verification and validation.
  • Identification and implementation of relevant problem-solving tools and methodologies.
  • Supporting change management throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborating across virtual teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Solid experience applying quality principles, systems, and tools in line with international and regulatory standards.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and deliver results.
  • Understanding of risk management methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Essential: Quality Practitioner Qualification (HND or above or equivalent).
  • Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a quality-related discipline.
  • Desirable: Experience with quality management systems across industries.
