We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate (Apprentice) to join our Global Marketing Communications team. With big ambitions for the future, there has never been a better time to join Victrex! The Role
In this role, you will support our global marketing communications team to improve brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and retention through digital channels. You will:
- Contribute to awareness‑building activities across our website, landing pages, email, and digital advertising, including Search Engine Optimisation.
- Implement digital campaigns across a variety of platforms.
- Use your design skills to create on‑brand digital content for social media and other channels.
- Report on digital analytics and evaluate the success of activities, recommending improvements to maximise value.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve processes and outputs.
Alongside developing in the role, you will work towards gaining a level 4 Digital Marketing Qualification through The Growth Company. The duration of this Apprenticeship is approximately 24 months and, if successful, you will join our 2026 Apprenticeship intake in September.
About You
We’re looking for a creative, curious self‑starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a genuine interest in digital and social media marketing. Prior marketing experience is advantageous but not essential. Whether you're leaving college or looking for a change in career, all applications are welcome!
Entry requirements:
- Minimum: 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including English and Maths.
- Desirable: 2 A‑levels (or equivalent).

We pay our apprentices a competitive wage at Victrex - so whilst you may be in training, you can be sure that you will be rewarded as your confidence and skills grow in role. Apart from a great base salary, you will be enrolled in our company bonus scheme and, if eligible, invited to join our Company Pension Scheme where 5% employee contributions attract contributions of 12% by Victrex. We are supportive of flexible working, offer private medical insurance and give employees 29 days’ annual leave per annum + bank holidays, with the option of purchasing up to 2 additional weeks’ leave too.
