As a Process Operator with Victrex, your role will be to operate manufacturing processes to required standards, delivering production plans, in compliance with defined operating instructions while maintaining SHE and Quality standards. In addition to operating processes you will perform plant maintenance and housekeeping, focus on continuous improvement, and troubleshoot within the remit of the Process Operator role. The role requires working in a hazardous environment with strict safety priorities, working as part of a busy team, and operating in a 24/7 shift pattern.
