We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll Advisor to join our People Operations team and help deliver an exceptional payroll service to employees across the business. As a Payroll Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with payroll legislation and company policies. You'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the end-to-end payroll process.
  • Managing payroll changes, including starters, leavers and contractual amendments.
  • Processing and checking payroll data to ensure accuracy.
  • Advising employees and managers on payroll-related queries.
  • Supporting pension administration and statutory payments.
  • Working closely with HR colleagues and external providers.
  • Producing payroll reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and internal controls.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in payroll administration or payroll processing.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident working with data, systems and spreadsheets.
  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
