About the Role:
As a Quality Manager, you will develop, implement, and manage our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure products and services meet high standards. You will lead quality initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy: Drive quality governance and strategy within the Leadership team of the Regulatory and Quality Group.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the entire quality assurance process, ensuring compliance with standards like ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF16949, and ISO 13485.
- Team Management: Lead and develop the QA team, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement systems using tools like APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, 8D, and SPC to enhance quality.
- Audit Management: Lead audits covering customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training to ensure staff competency and growth.
