Victrex is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to lead a team of technicians across our manufacturing facilities, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient maintenance. You will drive asset performance, minimise downtime and support continuous improvement, while embedding a strong safety culture and developing team capability in SQDCP across the site.
This role requires practical engineering insight, ability to manage a 24/7 operation, and coaching of a team of around 10 direct reports.
