About the role
We’re looking for a Maintenance Co‑ordinator to join our team at Hillhouse, supporting the safe, efficient delivery of maintenance activities across our production facilities. You’ll play a key role in planning, preparing and scheduling maintenance work to maximise plant reliability and minimise disruption to operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Planning and scheduling preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinating internal teams and external contractors to deliver work safely and efficiently.
- Aligning maintenance plans with production schedules to minimise downtime.
- Managing priorities, resources and risks across multiple workstreams.
- Supporting the development of detailed work packages and continuous improvement of maintenance data.
- Monitoring performance and contributing to KPIs including asset availability and resource utilisation.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in maintenance, manufacturing or planning/scheduling environments.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- A proactive approach to safety, risk management and continuous improvement.
- Experience using planning systems (e.g. CMMS).
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
