Victrex is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team at the Hillhouse site.

You will shape engineering strategy, drive reliability, and ensure safe, efficient operation of assets across process, mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

You’ll influence major capital programmes, plant turnarounds and continuous improvement initiatives while coaching and developing engineering talent within a COMAH-regulated environment.
