Victrex Medical is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead our global sales and marketing organisation and accelerate profitable growth across our Medical business. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for shaping commercial strategy, strengthening customer partnerships and delivering sustainable revenue growth across global markets.
What you'll do:
- Lead the global commercial strategy and growth agenda for Victrex Medical.
- Drive revenue, profitability and market share growth.
- Lead and develop high-performing sales, marketing and commercial operations teams.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, partners and industry stakeholders.
- Identify new growth opportunities and bring deep market insight into business decisions.
- Drive commercial excellence through forecasting, pipeline management, pricing and customer experience.
- Act as a key member of the Medical Leadership Team.
About you:
You will be a proven commercial leader with:
- 10+ years' commercial leadership experience within MedTech, medical devices, healthcare technology or a similar regulated industry.
- A track record of delivering profitable growth.
- Experience leading and developing global teams across multiple functions.
- Strong strategic, commercial and customer-facing capabilities.
- A degree or equivalent qualification (MBA desirable).
