About the Role

We're looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our fast-paced team. This is a varied, split role spanning outbound sales calls and online sales platforms β€” meaning no two days look quite the same. You'll own the early stages of the sales cycle: identifying and prospecting new opportunities, generating leads, and building the pipeline that drives our growth. If you thrive on hitting targets, love talking to people, and bring energy and initiative every day, this could be the perfect next step in your career. Within this role you may have some international travel. Attend sales conferences and exhibitions across Europe.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively prospecting and identifying new business opportunities through outbound calls and online platforms
  • Generating and qualifying leads to build a strong, healthy pipeline
  • Managing the initial stages of the sales cycle from first contact through to handover
  • Engaging prospects via telephone and digital/online sales channels
  • Maintaining accurate records and activity tracking in line with team processes
  • Contributing to team goals while managing your own workload independently
