The company has built over a £4 billion property estate and is renowned for super-prime properties centred around London's iconic Leicester Square through to Piccadilly Circus. We are a passionate and creative company looking to bring innovation into our real-estate, hotels, and other parts of our business.

With four hotels currently in our portfolio, all located in London's bustling West End, we’re looking for an experienced, vibrant and energetic Guest Service Agent to join our team.
What you will be doing:
- You will act as the 'face' of our company and ensure visitors receive a heart-warming welcome.
- You will coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations and guests' services.
- As a Guest Services Agent, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead our team.
- The ideal individual can deal efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer service approach.
- Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our reception team provides professional and friendly service to our customers and guests.
