An exceptional opportunity for a passionate Guest Service Agent to join the Front Office Team at a Criterion Hospitality property located in Piccadilly Circus.

Responsibilities:

  • You will act as the face of the company and ensure visitors receive a warm welcome.
  • You will coordinate front desk activities, including phone calls, reservations, and guest services.
  • You are expected to supervise and lead the reception team, handling complaints efficiently and maintaining a solid customer service approach.

Qualifications:
