The scope of this role is to ensure smooth day-to-day business functionality by providing administrative, technical, and logistical support across departments.
The company supplies Chapter 8 chevron kits, livery and digital print to the sign and digital print market. The operations administrator is responsible for ensuring profitable throughput of work in the production department while keeping to agreed deadlines.
Principle Responsibilities- To understand the full range of products and services offered by the company.
- Responsible for the planning of sales orders for the production department.
- To ensure that all production jobs cards and top sheets are produced promptly and efficiently; that all jobs meet the customer’s requirements for accuracy and key details are recorded and entered on job cards.
- To ensure established procedures are followed.
- Liaise with sales team on job detail and lead times of work in current schedule.
- Provide internal quotations for customers while ensuring the company makes adequate profit margin.
- To ensure orders are processed and invoiced within a time frame to the customer's satisfaction.
- Management of allocated jobs.
- Liaise with our sales team – develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with our sales team.
- Liaise with customers – where necessary.
- Ensure your team members have adequate workload.
- Maintenance and update of the Focus CRM system.
