Lettings Negotiator £75,000 OTE

Victorstone is a multi-award-winning luxury estate agent. You will be responsible for letting properties in London and engaging with local and overseas landlords.

Role Description:

The successful candidate will have at least two years of industry experience; this is a full-time on-site role located in London. You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as creating and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants, arranging and conducting property viewings, managing properties and providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation and Benefits

• Basic salary of £25k
• Commission for let – 10%
• Commission for property take on 5%
• A lucrative salary and commission structure OTE £75k+
• End-of-year bonus

• Proven track record of achieving targets
• Proven track record of taking on new lettings listings
• Self-starter and hungry to earn commission
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Booking viewings and matching applicants with properties to ensure every opportunity is maximised
• Negotiating and achieving the best price for both landlords and tenants
