The Role

We seek a driven Lettings Negotiator to join our high-performing team in London. You will be responsible for renting luxury properties, engaging with local and overseas landlords and tenants, and driving new business opportunities in the heart of the capital.

What We Offer

  • Basic Salary: £25,000
  • Commission Structure: 10% per let, 5% per new property listing
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): £75,000+

Key Responsibilities

  • Build & Maintain Relationships - Develop long-term relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring exceptional service
  • Property Viewings - Arrange and conduct high-quality tours for prospective tenants
  • Lettings Management - Handle the full rental process from listing to deal completion
  • New Business Development - Proactively source new landlords and expand our property portfolio
  • Achieve & Exceed Targets - Consistently meet and exceed sales and lettings goals
