Welcome to Victors, our food focussed hospitality brand baby of East Coast Concepts. Beautiful, vibrant, upscale yet informal, Victors is the perfect neighbourhood restaurant. Offering a modern American menu of small and larger plates - perfect to share in a casually elegant setting, with service to match.

What we need from you is a passion for the guest experience and an appetite for exceptional service that drives your dedication to never stop short. As well as managing service and developing your team, you'll have the opportunity to take part in all aspects of the employee experience and general business improvements, as we encourage our managers to be accountable for their business's profitability. We don't accept ordinary or average, so you shouldn't either.

Whilst you will work in our Victors brand, your employee experience is managed by our parent company East Coast Concepts, so here's what you can expect from us:
