Overview

Role location : Welwyn Garden City, AL8.

Team size : small team.

Function : Back end development.

Responsibilities

• Work on the metadata driven microservices platform.
• Collaborate on the codebase predominantly written in Scala, with openness to experience in any modern development language.
• Coordinate with database developers; experience with database technologies is a requirement.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in at least one modern programming language.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Experience in back-end development and modern programming languages (as listed above).
• Experience in database development and database operations.
• Ability to generate ideas for the future direction of the platform using logical, clean, efficient code.
• Willingness to work in the office (ideally 5 days a week).
