Help us keep things flowing at Victorian Plumbing, the online bathroom retailer where "leak" equals "chic." We're currently seeking a Warehouse Traffic Marshall (Monday-Friday) to help us keep our Leyland warehouse running smoothly.
As a Traffic Marshall, you'll be responsible for:
- Keeping the traffic flowing: Direct vehicles around the warehouse, ensuring a safe and efficient flow.
- Guiding the way: Assist drivers in navigating the warehouse, helping them find their designated parking or loading bays.
- Being the safety watchdog: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and identify and report any potential hazards.
- Keeping records: Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements to help us track efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
What we're looking for:
- Strong organisational skills: You'll need to be able to keep track of multiple tasks and prioritise your workload.
- Excellent communication skills: Clear and effective communication is essential when interacting with drivers and other team members.
- A keen eye for detail: Spot potential hazards and ensure that everything is running smoothly.

Shift Availability:
- Monday-Friday rotating shifts: Early - 7:30am-4pm & Late - 11am-7:30pm
Attendance Bonus: Chance to earn an additional £200 a month via our attendance bonus.
