Your key responsibilities:
- Lead the Crew: Motivate and develop your team, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee receiving, picking, and packing to ensure we’re hitting targets and exceeding expectations.
- Safety: Enforce top-tier Health & Safety standards.
- Problem Solver: Spot bottlenecks before they happen and implement clever solutions.
- Tech Savvy: Use our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and MS Office to keep inventory in tip-top shape.
What you’ll bring to the warehouse floor:
- Experience: At least 2 years in a warehouse environment (leadership experience is preferred).
- People Skills: The ability to train, mentor, and inspire a team.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy.
- Organisation: The ability to prioritise tasks when things get busy.
- Bonus Features: A forklift licence (Counterbalance or Reach) is a massive plus!
