Salary: Up to £32K PA.
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week 08:30 – 16:30.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Take full ownership of the stock management system ensuring absolute accuracy.
- Raise purchase orders and track shipments from domestic and international partners.
- Compile daily inventory reports, analysing sell‑through rates, cover weeks, and KPIs.
- Liaise with buyers, warehouse, logistics, and suppliers to flag potential delays.
- Troubleshoot delivery discrepancies, support finance reconciliation, update site with accurate pre‑order dates.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficient in spreadsheets – pivot tables, LOOKUPs, complex formulas.
- Strong analytical skills, trend identification, data‑driven problem solving.
- Able to manage tight deadlines and high‑volume tasks with accuracy.
- Professional communication with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Passion for the home interior market and e‑commerce trends.
- Degree in business, math, or retail not required; practical merchandising or administrative experience preferred.
