  • Guiding Our Corporate Rhythm: Acting as the key player for our wider compliance function, keeping all regulatory workstreams perfectly aligned as our business expands.
  • Partnering with Suppliers: Building fantastic relationships with our domestic and international supplier base, overseeing audits, evaluating technical documentation, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Navigating Challenges: Taking a proactive, hands‑on approach to investigations, product safety considerations, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborating Across Teams: Partnering with key stakeholders to embed compliance seamlessly into the product lifecycle with practical, business-friendly solutions.
  • Inspiring a Safety Culture: Delivering engaging training that empowers colleagues and promotes a proactive culture of quality and compliance.

What You Bring (Essential Skills & Experience):

  • Substantial background leading product & supply-chain compliance within a retail, manufacturing, or consumer products environment.
  • Experience coordinating or managing broader compliance functions alongside specialised product remits.
  • Deep knowledge of UK product safety legislation combined with a sharp eye for horizon scanning and translating regulatory shifts into business solutions.
  • A strong track record of developing and embedding robust compliance and governance frameworks.
  • Confidence working with international suppliers, conducting audits, and managing corrective action programmes.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders right up to the C‑suite.

Even Better If You Have...

  • Experience with EU and wider international product compliance.
  • A background in online retail and own‑brand product development.
  • Familiarity with packaging, recycling, and environmental product compliance.

What’s in It for You? Joining us means stepping into a vibrant, high-energy environment where your voice matters.
