Are you a visionary Interior Stylist or Art Director with a passion for digital innovation? Victorian Plumbing is seeking a creatively driven Stylist / Art Director (CGI) to join our dynamic team at our Leyland HQ on a Full Time, Permanent Basis. This is a unique opportunity to shape the visual storytelling of the UK’s leading bathroom retailer, bridging the gap between high-end interior design and cutting‑edge 3D visualisation.
The Role
In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end creative process for our homeware and bathroom CGI output. You won't need to push the pixels yourself, but you will be the "eye" behind the image. You will collaborate with our 3D artists to 'dress' virtual room sets, ensuring every render is aspirational, on‑brand, and commercially impactful. From initial trend research to the final approval of photorealistic renders, you will ensure our digital imagery sets the standard for the UK interiors market.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Vision: Develop and deliver seasonal creative concepts, mood boards, and detailed styling packs (including lighting, composition, and propping) for our 3D team.
- Virtual Styling: Direct the "dressing" of digital sets, selecting textures, colour palettes, and accessories that align with current UK interior trends.
- Art Direction: Review renders for photorealism and brand consistency, providing technical feedback to artists to ensure every "golden hour" glow and texture is perfect.
- Modular Strategy: Oversee the creation of versatile digital environments that can be efficiently adapted for multiple product variations while remaining visually fresh.
- Production Management: Support the CGI production workflow from brief to delivery, ensuring all imagery is high‑quality and delivered on schedule.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a candidate who lives and breathes interiors. You should have:
- An Exceptional Eye: A proven background in Interior Styling, Visual Merchandising, or Art Direction.
- Trend Awareness: Deep knowledge of the UK interior landscape to ensure our sets look contemporary and aspirational.
- Communication Skills: The ability to translate "creative feel" into clear, actionable directions for technical 3D artists.
- Organisational Flair: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello) and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
- Commercial Mindset: Experience in commercial image production (physical or digital) with an understanding of what drives customer engagement in e‑commerce.
Why Join Us?
This is a chance to work within a fast‑paced, digital‑first brand where your creative input directly influences millions of customers. You will work within a specialist sub‑team, supported by the Product Director and Chief Marketing Officer, in an environment that values innovation and aesthetic excellence.
