You'll be the go-to person for all things HR, from guiding managers through employee relations matters to ensuring our policies are as sparkling as a freshly polished tap. You'll be a true business partner, offering sound advice on everything from performance management to leave policies, always with an eye on best practice and UK employment law.

What You'll Be Doing
- Employee Relations: You'll handle the full spectrum of employee relations, guiding managers through disciplinary and grievance procedures and providing expert advice to help our people grow and succeed.
- HR Administration: You'll be the guardian of our employee records, ensuring everything is accurate, confidential, and compliant with data protection laws.
- Training & Development: You'll help us build a culture of continuous learning by developing and delivering training programs that help our team members shine.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, and ideally, a CIPD qualification (or you're working towards one).
- A solid understanding of UK employment law.
- The ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.

This role will be based out of our Leyland and Skelmersdale sites. Travel between sites will be required. This is a Full-Time position (5 days per week, 37.5 hours per week, office-based). Part-time hours may also be considered depending on business needs and candidate suitability. We are unable to consider Hybrid or WFH arrangements.
