This isn’t your average H&S role. We’re moving beyond "checking boxes" to embedding a world-class safety culture across our entire business—including Victorian Plumbing, MFI, and Sovereign Logistics. As our new Head of Health & Safety, you will be the independent voice of safety at the leadership table. You’ll be responsible for taking our safety standards from "leaky tap" to "perfectly sealed." You’ll empower our team to deliver, provide senior-level challenge where needed, and ensure that our people go home safe every single day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll define and implement a group-wide strategy that covers everything from our corporate offices to our logistics hubs.
- Your mission is to proactively reduce RIDDOR and Serious Incident rates.
- You won’t just be in the background; you’ll be partnering with our CEO and the Group Leadership Team to ensure safety is woven into the DNA of our business.
- You will lead, coach, and develop our Health & Safety team, ensuring they have the tools and confidence to maintain high standards.
- You’ll turn complex data into clear, actionable insights, reporting directly to the Exec Team.

- A Leader: You’ve held a senior H&S role in a complex, multi-site environment and you know how to navigate the pressure.
- The Go-To Expert: You have a deep understanding of UK H&S legislation. You know your stuff inside and out.
