We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to join our team as a key strategic partner. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Finance, you won’t just be “going with the flow”—you’ll be working alongside our Executive and Functional Leadership Teams to ensure our financial performance remains spotless and our growth strategy is built on a solid foundation.
The Role: Where You’ll Make a Splash

- M&A & Strategy: Leading financial modelling and due diligence for acquisitions. We need someone who can spot a leak in a business case from a mile away.
- Planning & Forecasting: Driving the Group’s annual budget and three‑year plans. You’ll ensure our financial planning doesn’t just drain away but builds a sustainable future.
- Market Insight: Tracking external analyst consensus against internal forecasts, ensuring our story is told accurately to the market.
- Business Intelligence: Creating “innovative and user‑friendly” reporting—from RNS announcements to board‑level presentations.

- The Background: Proven experience working within a listed or PE‑backed business environment.
- The Technical Edge: A flair for building robust, driver‑based financial models and sensitivity analyses.
- The Analytical Mind: The ability to dive into large datasets, spot the anomaly, and explain the “why” behind the numbers.
- The Communication Skills: You can translate complex financial technicalities into clear insights—no clogged jargon allowed here.
Why Join Us?
This isn’t a “status quo” position. As our business evolves, so will your role. You’ll have the autonomy to work independently, the platform to mentor junior team members, and the opportunity to influence the highest levels of leadership.
