You’ll Make a Difference By:

• Building rapport and engaging with customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Championing customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and resolving enquiries effectively.
• Staying current with our products, services, and policies to provide expert advice.
• Collaborating with the team to identify and share best practices.

Location: Skelmersdale, Lancashire (Grimrod Place)

New Salary: £26,502.36 (£12.70 per hour)

Upcoming Start Date: 23rd June 2025

Working Hours: 40 per week. Our full opening hours are 08:00 – 21:00 Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 Saturday and 09:30 – 18:00 Sunday.
