Overview
Customer Service Administrator (New Business Sales) at Victorian Plumbing. This role supports our New Business Sales Team, blending customer service with administrative duties, with a clear path for progression into Account Management.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, resolve issues professionally, manage deliveries, orders, and product queries, and handle support tickets to ensure requests are tracked and resolved. Escalate complex issues and proactively understand customer needs to enhance their experience.
- Sales & Administration: provide administrative support to the New Business Sales team, arrange returns and exchanges, maintain accurate customer records, identify and follow up on potential sales leads, check product availability, support sales inquiries, process orders, and collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and the customer experience.
