What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive Commercial Growth: Own and govern key metrics including CAC, LTV, and cost‑of‑sale efficiency, ensuring every pound spent fuels profitable expansion.
  • Shape the Brand Identity: Sharpen our core narrative, set the tonal and visual bar, and oversee major hero campaigns, packaging, and unboxing experiences that turn casual shoppers into brand loyalists.
  • Scale the Infrastructure: Direct our MarTech architecture, future‑proof our first‑party data strategy, and manage our external agency ecosystem with absolute accountability.
  • Lead Cross‑Functionally: Partner closely with Finance, Product, and Operations to ensure commercial margins, inventory lifecycles, and promotional calendars align seamlessly.
  • Develop Talent: Mentor and grow our existing team while mapping out our medium‑term hiring roadmap.
