Location: Preston, VIC | Full-time | 12-month fixed term (potential ongoing) | Salary: $72,381.40 + super + salary packaging | Hybrid (1 day WFH)

Be part of Aboriginal-led justice reform across Victoria. At Victorian Aboriginal Legal Service, this role supports the Aboriginal Justice Caucus and plays a central role in coordinating statewide governance and engagement under the Aboriginal Justice Agreement Phase 5.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting governance and secretariat functions
  • Coordinating meetings, travel, and statewide engagement
  • Preparing agendas, minutes, and tracking actions
  • Supporting communication with Regional Aboriginal Justice Advisory Committees
  • Assisting with reporting and project coordination

About you

You may have experience in administration, executive support, governance, or community coordination. You bring:

  • Strong cultural capability and understanding of Aboriginal communities
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, respectful communication
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
