About the role

The role of Cultural Facilitator is to support the growth of VACCA staff and sector capability in terms of building cultural understanding across the sector. A key component of the role is to facilitate and co‑facilitate cultural training packages externally.

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in adult learning or related field is required
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, culturally appropriate and respectful way with a range of stakeholders
  • Capacity to engage and work with a diverse range of people along a continuum of cultural awareness and cultural competency
  • Commitment to continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Valid Police Check, a Working with Children’s Check for a paid employee (or willingness to obtain) and a Victorian Driver Licence
  • Current COVID‑19 vaccination (Strongly Recommended)
