Our client is a highly successful, globally recognised boutique investment firm with a dynamic culture. They are looking for an organised, pro-active Team Assistant to join the team.

This is an exciting and integral role supporting a team. The Team Assistant role will include comprehensive diary management, travel coordination and providing administrative support across the department.

Responsibilities
  • Diary management, including arranging conference calls and meetings
  • Overseeing full travel logistics
  • Inbox management
  • Assist with presentation and letter preparation
  • Processing expenses
  • Organisation of events, as required
  • Other ad-hoc duties and projects, as required
Candidate Specification
  • Previous administrative support experience in a fast-paced, professional environment is essential
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to deal effectively with multiple priorities and changing circumstances
  • Can-do, proactive approach to tasks

Additional Information

  • Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
  • Core hours: 8:30am-5:30pm.
  • Hybrid option for 1-2 days working from home, however this is dependent on business needs and flexibility to work full-time in the office is required.
  • West End location.
