A leading commercial and residential property firm specialising in urban regeneration is seeking a Personal Assistant to support three Heads of Division.

Responsibilities:

  • Diary management for multiple calendars
  • Inbox management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Document administration including document preparation and collation, archiving, and maintenance of filing systems
  • Preparation of PowerPoints
  • Processing of expenses
  • Answering the phone on behalf of the team and taking messages where appropriate
  • Organising internal and external meetings, taking minutes when required
  • Event organising for business networking events
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties

Candidate Specification:

  • Previous experience as a PA (or equivalent) is essential; experience in the property sector is highly desirable
  • Proactive and highly organised
  • Able to prioritise work effectively and efficiently
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • A self-starter with a 'muck in' attitude

Additional Information:

  • Competitive salary, dependent on experience
