About the Client:

A leading executive search and advisory firm, based in the West End. They are looking for a highly organized, proactive individual to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office along with supporting the HR Director.

About the People Associate / Office Administrator Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading firm on a part-time basis! The People Associate / Office Administrator role will be split between working with the HR Director on a range of administrative duties, as well as acting as the first point of contact for all office related duties.

Responsibilities include but not be limited to:

  • People Associate responsibilties: Provide structured support across HR & People, Marketing and Events
  • Support the HR Director with L&D coordination including scheduling training sessions, managing attendance, liaising with external providers and maintaining learning records
  • Assist with general operational processes, coordination, and administrative tasks across the business
  • Take responsibility for new employee onboarding
  • General HR administrative assistance
  • Office & Facilities Management responsibilities: Take ownership of creating a positive, organised, and high-quality working environment
  • Act as the first point of contact for the office
  • Oversee and continuously improve day-to-day office operations
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and relationships with building management and suppliers
  • Support across health and safety compliance, including training (e.g. fire marshals, first aiders)

Candidate Specification:

  • Previous experience as an Office Administrator, PA, or similar administrative support role
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
  • Able to take ownership of tasks, and be the 'go-to' person in the office

Additional information:

This is a part-time role, working 4 days a week Core hours are anticipated to be 8.30am-3.30pm, however flexibility is required Salary up to Β£50K (pro-rata for part-time) West End office location Fully office-based
