About the Role
An exciting opportunity to join a leading talent advisory firm and support the day‑to‑day running of the office. This hands‑on, varied role combines office management, executive support, and broader operational involvement.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for the office
- Oversee and improve day‑to‑day office operations, including managing office access and ensuring security protocols are followed
- Manage office budgets, maintain office systems, and ensure health and safety compliance
- Provide diary and inbox management for selected SLT members
- Manage expenses
- Assist with report preparation and correspondence drafting
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Assist with HR, marketing and events activities
- Assist with general operational and administrative tasks
Candidate Specification
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to take ownership of tasks and be the 'go‑to' person in the office
Salary up to £50,000 (pro‑rata for part‑time). Fully office‑based.
