As Executive Assistant Coordinator, you will manage a population of EAs, ensuring seamless administrative support across the business and providing a key service to senior stakeholders and agency partners.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support a team of Executive Assistants across the London office
  • Coordinate cover for EA absences, including holidays and sickness
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies to arrange temporary EA cover as needed
  • Act as the main point of contact for the EA population, providing guidance and oversight
